1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blueprint Sports mobile application and website (the "Service"), and the purchase of physical equipment products (the "Products"), operated by Blueprint Sports Guides Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our", or "Blueprint Sports").

1.2 By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing Products, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service or purchase Products.

1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Service Description

2.1 Blueprint Sports provides a digital application containing structured sports activities, guidance, and progress tracking designed for children aged 18 months to 7 years.

2.2 The Service is designed for use by parents or guardians ("Users") who guide their children through physical activities. Children do not use the application directly.

2.3 The Service includes:

  • Guided sports activities and games
  • Progress tracking functionality
  • Certificates and rewards
  • Equipment purchasing functionality

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal parental responsibility or guardianship for any child registered under your account
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans: The Service offers monthly subscription plans, including single-sport and all-sports options. Current pricing is available on our website and within the application.

4.2 Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Payment details are required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

4.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage" section of the application or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which child profile data will be deleted

4.6 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. If payment is not received within this period, your subscription will be cancelled.

5. Equipment Purchases

5.1 Product Orders: Physical equipment products may be purchased separately from the subscription through the Service or our website.

5.2 Pricing and Availability: All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at checkout.

5.3 Shipping:

  • We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom
  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and charged per order
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5.4 Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To exercise this right:

  • Contact us via our Contact page with your order details
  • Return the Products in their original condition and packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Products are faulty

5.5 Faulty Products: If Products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5.6 Our Liability for Products: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are owned by Blueprint Sports or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from materials

7. User Content and Data

7.1 You may create notes, save preferences, and track progress within the Service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

7.2 By using the Service, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.3 We only store your child's first name and activity progress. We do not collect or store other personal information about your child. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Important Safety Warnings and Disclaimers

8.1 ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED:

THE SERVICE PROVIDES ACTIVITIES DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN. ALL ACTIVITIES MUST BE PERFORMED UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF A RESPONSIBLE ADULT AT ALL TIMES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD DURING ANY ACTIVITIES.

8.2 PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND RISK OF INJURY:

Physical sports activities carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for:

  • Assessing whether activities are suitable for your child's age, abilities, and health
  • Ensuring the environment is safe and appropriate for physical activity
  • Ensuring any equipment is used correctly and safely
  • Obtaining medical advice if your child has any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely

8.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, HOWSOEVER CAUSED.

(b) WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR:

  • Any injury to you or your child during activities
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Any damage caused by misuse of Products

(c) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8.4 No Medical Advice: The Service does not provide medical advice. The activities are designed for general fitness and development purposes. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your child's physical health or development.

8.5 Age Appropriateness: While we provide guidance for different age ranges, you are responsible for determining whether specific activities are appropriate for your child.

8.6 Equipment Safety: When using Products, always follow any safety instructions provided. Inspect equipment regularly for wear and damage. Do not use damaged equipment.

8.7 STATUTORY RIGHTS:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

9. Service Availability

9.1 We aim to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Service being unavailable.

10. Termination

10.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

10.2 Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Your subscription will be cancelled without refund
  • We may delete your User Content

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.

11.2 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
